In the picturesque climes of the Mediterranean, the Aziz family began over a century ago to produce organic olive oil according to the time-honored traditions. Our family has been rooted in the art of olive oil production for over 8 generations and places great emphasis on authenticity and sustainability.

Our olive groves are the living heart of Azizit. With an impressive number of over 15,000 carefully tended organic olive trees spread over 60 hectares, our in-house olive groves present a seemingly endless splendor. With an average age of more than 80 years, we are passionate about preserving the environment for future generations.

A living testimony to our history
Our oldest olive tree is a fascinating testimony to our past. Over 300 years old, it was planted at the time of the Ottoman Empire and bears the marks of countless centuries on its gnarled branches. This majestic tree has accompanied over 8 generations of our family and is still harvested today. The fruit of this venerable tree is processed into an olive oil of incomparable quality, which carries the essence and character of Azizit.
